We are finally illuminating all those things left out during theIntervals Festival – for example, recently we have completed the Nizhny Novgorod Fair adding AR effects to the mapping.
The Fair history – from the XVII-th century merchants’ rows to the future, which is right here and right now – was compressed to 2 minutes and packed into architectural mapping flavoured with augmented reality.
30 Panasonic projectors were installed to illuminate 2200 square meters of the facade, while the AR space was arranged in front of the building and above it.
Less than a month has passed since our first similar case of the Light of the Great Victory in Volgograd, but this project was done in even shorter time.
In the best audience viewpoint, where the live camera is located, the borderline between graphics and reality is completely eliminated thus significantly expanding illumination toolkit for online and offline events.
Now AR development for broadcasting is one of our key areas and it is especially cool that it complements our favourite mapping extremely well
