From June 5 to July 26, our multimedia space Tseh.Space in Nizhny Novgorod will present a solo exhibition by 404.zero — a duo of audiovisual architects and multimedia tool developers.
The artists create generative works that require mathematical knowledge, programming skills, and sound processing. Through coding, a "sample-free language," and modular equipment, they produce mesmerizing digital matter.
The exhibition "404 Museum" explores space as a physical system in which light, sound, and movement serve as architectural material. The industrial setting of a former printing shop is transformed into a living coordinate system where lasers, light, analog objects, and kinetic mechanisms shape an evolving geometry — inside which the viewer themselves becomes part of the installations.
As part of the exhibition, the collective presents three multimedia works: 40.0, 1.0, and 4.1. Two of the installations will premiere for the first time!
