From June 19 to 21, the 16th Vyksa Festival took place in the Nizhny Novgorod Region under the theme "Where the River Flows." Dreamlaser provided the complete technical production for the festival's main stage.
The stage design incorporated 209 m² of LED mesh, 70 m² of LED displays, and 150 lighting fixtures, while an additional 30 luminaires illuminated the iconic Shukhov Tower, extending the festival's visual identity beyond the performance space.
Inspired by the river as a symbol of constant movement and transformation, this year's festival reflected on the element that shaped both the landscape and the history of Vyksa. More than two centuries ago, the region's unique hydraulic system laid the foundation for the development of iron ore production and the town itself.
Building on this idea, the festival invited visitors to reconnect with their roots, discover new perspectives, immerse themselves in a continuous flow of experiences, and pause to contemplate the river — ancient, yet forever changing.
