In 2025, INTERVALS, the largest international media art festival in Russia, will be held in Nizhny Novgorod from April 24 to 27, just before the May public holidays.
Over these four days, visitors will enjoy a diverse program, including a citywide multimedia exhibition, as well as educational, musical, and performance events.
This year’s festival will have Trajectories as its central theme.
"At the festival, trajectories will form a philosophy of perception and interaction. This theme offers a fresh perspective on time and space, where movement becomes the primary mode of existence. It’s an opportunity to explore new trajectories for the development of media art, city, and humanity," commented dreamlaser.
The festival’s map will include 15+ indoor and outdoor locations over Nizhny Novgorod, showcasing works by Russian and international artists. The lineup will include renowned creators as well as the winners of the IF Pulse Open Call, organized by the festival team. The best mappings and installations, selected by the jury, will come to life at this year’s INTERVALS festival.
