In celebration the New Year, a unique tale will be showcased on the inner side of the Dmitrovskaya Tower of Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin. Artists have created a magical world where the Sun and Moon perform wonders and bring the New Year to Earth.
This story can be seen from December 29 to January 7. On December 31 and January 1, the show runs from 17:00 to 01:00; on other dates, until 22:00.
The show on the outer part of the tower is from 17:00 to 02:00.
This seven-minute animated story will transport viewers to the Lunar City and the Palace of Dawn, where little Sun and Moon reside. Once a year, they meet and start the big magical clock; when it strikes 12, the New Year begins, granting everyone’s cherished wishes.
On the other side of the Dmitrovskaya Tower (facing Varvarskaya Street and Minin Square), animated New Year’s decorations will create a festive atmosphere. The artists used holiday symbols — shiny ornaments, festive garlands, dazzling patterns, and the Year’s symbol — a charming Snake resembling a video game character.
