Mixed Media, a new exhibition at the TSEH * space in Nizhny Novgorod, showcases the symbiosis of digital and analogue art.

The exhibition represents the results of a joint creative laboratory between dreamlaser and the Tikhaya studio, a new type of institution that has grown out of a workshop for contemporary artists. During the yearly laboratory, residents of Tikhaya were given access to dreamlaser’s equipment fleet and used it to implement their ideas. On this path, they worked hand in hand with dreamlaser’s specialists exchanging experience and gaining knowledge of multimedia technologies.

What you can see at the exhibition:

· an interactive playground with questions that concern our contemporaries (Yakov Khorev);
· a sculpture woven in the pattern of local Balakhna lace on a 3D printer (Lena Lisitsa);
· an object resembling the form of the sun made of rosin melting under laser beams (Vladimir Chernyshov);
· a sound labyrinth with messages from the artist Anton Morokov and dreamlaser’s creative director with Anton Kolodyazhnyy.

The exhibition is open until April 9.
